Directions

You may use the directions tool built into the map above to get directions by public transportation, by foot or by car by clicking on the "Get directions: to here" link, or follow the directions below.

By the T (Subway) from Logan Airport: 30-45 minutes, $2.00 (via CharlieTicket or CharlieCard)

Take Silver Line bus from the Airport to South Station. At SOUTH STATION, take the Red Line INBOUND toward ALEWIFE station train; HARVARD SQUARE is the fourth stop.

The T (Boston's subway system) may be the best way to get to the Barker Center from most places in the Greater Boston area. The Harvard Square stop on the Red Line is approximately 5 minutes from the Barker Center by foot.

Walking from Harvard Square:

Leave Harvard Square Station and cross Massachusetts Ave. (also known as Mass Ave.). You'll see a tall fence - part brick, part wrought iron. Walk to your right (East) along the fence until you reach Quincy Street. Cross Quincy Street and turn left. Walk approximately 50 yards up Quincy Street to a stone and iron gate on your right. Enter this gate and proceed to the main entrance to the Barker Center, on your right in the small round courtyard.

By car:

Parking

Before driving to the Barker Center, you need to plan where you are going to park. If you don't plan ahead or don't have lots of time to search for a parking place, you are likely to be very frustrated. Please consider parking someplace outside the Harvard campus area and take the T the rest of the way in.
