The lectern from which you will be presenting in the Thompson Room will be equipped with an Apple computer, with digital projector and speakers. This setup should allow you to present materials in most common formats (PowerPoint and Keynote will both be supported). If you have other media needs, or if you specifically need to use your own computer, please contact us to discuss your presentation and how we can best accommodate you.

If you wish to be reimbursed for travel expenses and have not yet returned your reimbursement forms please contact the organizers immediately.
